Equestrian Acres is a nicely planned neighborhood of single family homes that are conveniently situated between the cities of Palmer, AK and Wasilla, AK on the Palmer-Wasilla Highway.  I personally love that the builder left many of the old growth trees. This lends an ambiance to the neighborhood that can be hard to find.

What's the Neighborhood Like?

The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Equestrian Acres Subdivision are generally going to range between 1100 and 3600 square feet. Most of the homes were originally built in the early 80's however there is still construction occurring.  The homes are 3-5 bedrooms and 1/3/4 to 4 baths. Most of the lots range from just under 1/2 acre to an acre.
